The Long Short walk is led by the Zenani Mandela Campaign, the Makes Roads Safe Campaign and the Road Safety Fund.

The main aim of the Long Short Walk is to urge the Governments of the world to recognise that road safety is a very serious issue.

The campaign wants Governments to put people first and recognise that children everywhere should have the right to grow up in a safe environment. Find out how the campaign works and how your school can be involved.

You’ll see examples of what other countries across the world are doing. Do you see anything from Scotland? If not, here’s the perfect opportunity to change that!
