St Stephen's PS - Road Safety Awareness Day
Two competitions were held, design a Safety Helmet and invent a Car Seat to meet your own specific needs. We had our work cut out deciding the winners, so Speeding Ted helped us. He said they were all fabulous.
Helmsdale Competition Winners
We had an art competition in are school based on jrso and these are the winners
Walk to School Competition
We went round the classes asking what children walked to school each week.
We are doing this for four weeks and the winning class will get a prize and each class will get a certificate.
We are doing a big bar chart so that the children can see who won.

Drink/ drug Driving
Hi we're Kathleen and Marc the JRSO's from St. Joseph's primary. We are about to organise our first competition which will be to design a poster to illustrate the dangers of drink/drug driving for P6 and 7. We thought this was quite appropriate as it gets nearer to Christmas. We will award prizes to the best 3 posters.
