How to set up a scheme
To help RSOs set up a scheme in their local area, Road Safety Scotland have produced a booklet called the ‘RSO Guide’. This booklet gives step by step guidance and an example forward planner to help you start a scheme from scratch. However it can also act as a useful aide memoir and provide additional information for those who are already running the JRSO scheme in their area.
